2023 Guidelines and Forms

Since its formation in 2007, the NHL Alumni Association Scholarship Program has dedicated over one million dollars to help more than 100 of our NHL Alumni member’s children and grandchildren. We would like to thank the NHLPA tremendously for this great partnership!

Application forms have been moved online to make things easier and to avoid any potential delays. They can be found by viewing the following links:

2) Applicant Appraisal Form

In addition to completing the forms listed above, all applicants will also be responsible for emailing a current official transcript of their grades, certified by their high school, to cnapier@nhlalumni.com. All components of the application must be submitted by Monday, July 3rd, 2023.
